If you have a baby/toddler, do you know about bath dams? Big ££££ savings...

Okay, so! My son has outgrown his baby bath but it seemed really wasteful (and expensive) to use the full length of the bath to give him a wash. I received a baby bath dam for Christmas and used it last night...

Amazing!

They really work but I don't think enough people know about them. They basically help you to save water/heating water costs by damming up a section of the bath. I've attached a pic of ours last night.

They do seem to be between £30-£40 online but you can buy them second hand on ebay for about £15. Might be worth asking on local FB pages too if somebody has outgrown theirs.

Such useful things and right now, a lot of people could benefit from them.

Right, that's my latest evangelical topic exorcised!

I should also add that i'm not here marketing but if you think I am, feel free to report me to MN and they'll confirm that I've been here since forever. I'm just a parent trying to help other parents. Peace out ✌️

What a good idea

I'm going to use it for the dog too (cleaned thoroughly between users, obvs).

As much as I love him, he doesn't actually need to luxuriate in a full bath.

I bought one of these, but as soon as DS was old enough to be in the bath without a bath seat he just clambered over the dam or pulled at it until it came away and the water gushed through 🙄 Good idea if you have a baby that is happy to sit and play in the bath, as opposed to refusing to sit down and just walking up and down the bath, playing with the taps, and throwing all the toys on the floor!
