Constant flus/COVID

Ever since COVID came, we have had the nasties viruses and full blown COVID nearly every winter (and some in between). Everytime my daughter brings a bug home , it just absolutely decimates us. Prior to COVID this never happened. I am tired of being sick. So sick I can't get out of bed everytime this happens. Absolute exhausted. Anyone got any help or tips? Is there something we are not doing or any particular supplement etc that can help? At a loss. Thanks

Eat well, fruit and veg etc, and exercise. Not much else you can do.

Yes could probably do some better eating. Honestly just fed up of getting floored every couple of months.

Covid dyresgulates your immune system for a period following infection (no matter how mild the original infection). Evidence building to show this can last months.

Other viruses do this too, though not for as long

So what you need to do is avoid catching any more infections

Wear a mask, avoid indoors mingling as far as possible even when masked, look at ventilation (and campaign for better ventilation in schools and other public spaces)

Also eat a good, varied diet and supplement with vitamin D (especially if you have a darker skin tone)
