Wifi is definitely working. The tv works. My phone works.

I’ve put in the right password.

I’ve restarted the device.

I’ve sat directly next to the router.

It still won’t connect.

I bought 3 games for the dc that are digital copies and I need the internet to play them

Is it showing your network on the Switch?

Yep. It just keeps saying cannot connect. This could be because your password is incorrect or you have a low connectivity. Try again nearer to the router with less obstacles

Have you tried restarting your router? Then delete the connection from the Switch and start again afresh.

I’ll try that next thank you. Might leave it till tomorrow now. Can’t be arsed to fuss around.
