That looks so good! What type of spuds did you use for the dauphinoise?

I'll be having cold roast chicken, cold roast gammon, salad, coleslaw, sausage rolls, pickled onion, pickled beetroot, piccalilli, cheeseboard, savoury crackers.

Then this afternoon I shall mostly be guzzling artisan chocolates which my husband gave me as a gift yesterday whilst watching Top Gun Maverick which my husband gave me as a gift yesterday.

Bubble and squeak with gammon and eggs.

I do Christmas dinner just for the Boxing Day food. Off to work later but after a feast of cold turkey and ham, bubble and squeak and cauliflower cheese!

We will be having filet beef just fried up, maybe duck. Dauphinoise are all mine. This years we're especially nice ( Maris Pipers) and as I'm the only one that eats them only made half, the OH helped himself 😲
