Around 11pm I’ll go to bed. It’s been a nice day but I’m glad when it’s over as I do find it all quite stressful. Presents and dinner done though now which just leaves an evening infront of the TV scoffing lovely food. Successful day.

TheLightSideOfTheMoon · 25/12/2022 16:13

I’m working at 7am tomorrow so will need to leave at 6am.

I’m also poorly AF so going to have an early night.

Not had our dinner yet. Just three of us so we’re nice and chilled.

I don't go to bed . I crash on the sofa in food and drink coma 😁

FatAgainItsLettuceTime · 25/12/2022 16:26

DD will go to bed at 7.45pm, I'll watch Call the Midwife Xmas special and DH will play some video games so he's out of my way and not making noise while it's on 😀 Then we'll cuddle up and watch something together, we'd usually stick some music on and chat but I've lost my voice so it's been a quiet day! Bed about 11ish probably.

2catsandhappy · 25/12/2022 16:48

It will be a series of gentle naps from here on in.

theparkisrising · 25/12/2022 17:07

Ours is done. Family gone home happy and DH and I watching tv in our pjs. Lovely

user1964097 · 25/12/2022 17:08

10:30 after Eastenders, I suspect DH and DS might have a fairly early night...

Fufumcgoo · 25/12/2022 17:09

Already wondering if it's too early to put the kids to bed so I can go
........

QueenMabby · 25/12/2022 17:12

Didn't get to bed til 2am so won't want it to be a late one. Our visitors have gone home and dh and I have just finished clearing the kitchen. Bit of tv with the dcs from now and that's it.

thelobsterquadrille · 25/12/2022 17:13

Bedtime - normally around midnight.

Wfhandbored · 25/12/2022 17:14

Parents have gone home, DD in bath at 6, bed for 7 and I'll be nibbling leftovers and snoozing till bedtime

vodkaredbullgirl · 25/12/2022 17:15

The moment I step into work tonight 🙁

Mogloveseggs · 25/12/2022 17:17

Not late. Had to pick Dd up at 4am then Ds was up at 6 with a nightmare. We were up and about properly by 8.30. Just had dinner, Ds and Dh are washing up as I cooked. Im going to attempt to read my book but in reality I'll be asleep in ten mins on the sofa. Bed for Ds and me by 9 I think, Dh wants to watch mrs browns boys.

itsgettingweird · 25/12/2022 17:18

I'd like to say something like 11pm.

But realistically probably about 9! Although I'll watch eastenders special in bed.

Ds is a swimmer and we are usually up at 4am. 5 on a Saturday.

We were up at 7 this morning after a few 6am starts.

It's just very difficult to switch your body clock around for a short period of time and then switch it back.

So most likely it'll be bedtime and bed tv for a few days and normal earlier wake ups and bed tv again!

RudolphRed · 25/12/2022 17:40

Doc Martin Christmas Special with a snowball, some Ferrero Rocher then Zzzzz

MaryJean87 · 25/12/2022 17:41

I'm knackered. I didn't get to sleep till 2 and was up at 5.30. So I'll be in bed as soon as the kids probably.

OneFrenchEgg · 25/12/2022 17:44

We aren't eating til 6, planning on lovely fuzzy tv watching off things on catch up once we open the wine.

Samsonsmum · 25/12/2022 17:46

When I wake up on settee

Oblomov22 · 25/12/2022 17:49

Normal time.

MooseAndSquirrelLoveFlannel · 25/12/2022 17:52

Didnt get to sleep till gone 4am and was up at 6am so as soon as possible.

Hoping the guests will leave soon, then chill in front of the tv and go to bed at 9pm when the kids go to bed.

BooksAndHooks · 25/12/2022 18:27

We will go home around 8 and start trying to clear space and set up birthday banners, get presents out of the loft for DS birthday tomorrow. Will be another early start tomorrow so will be in bed as soon as everything is set up.

Im with you there. DS is 3 and its the first Christmas he's really understood so it's been a lovely day but full on and I'm shattered. Pretty sure when he's asleep in about an hour I might watch a bit of TV then have an early night 😴

Cincinnatus · 25/12/2022 18:38

We’ll be in bed early tonight. The children were creeping around with their stockings at 0430 this morning and we were downstairs opening presents at 0600. We are all shattered. Never again.
