I can't work out if the ones I'm finding on line are for ones with bone in?

Thank you

Use a thermometer so when it's 74 degrees internally. I'm gonna guess 60 to 75 mins in a ninja

I’ve got the same and it should be 2 hours. I’m going to check my thermometer from 1.5 though. I’ve got it on 170 degrees in the fan oven.

Mine is 3kg. Had it on 180 in the fan oven. Just checked after 1.5 hours and it's no where near cooked. Internal temp was only 28. Have whacked the temp up to 200 and will check again in half an hour. All my timings have gone to pot now! I'm easy but the outlaws are expecting lunch at 1.30.

I do have a meat thermometer it's not digital but hopefully give a good idea. I'll assume 2 hours ish then but will allow 3 and it can just rest for longer.

Thank you

I was told by our butcher 40 minutes per kg then add 20 mins at 180

60 minutes at 220⁰/gas 7 then turn it down to 170⁰/gas 3 for half hour per kg. Do not open the oven until your estimated cooking time is finished, then stick a skewer in it. If the juices run red or pink then stick it back in for another half an hour. If the juices run clear/brown then it's done.

I’ve got a 2kg boned crown in on180 fan. I’m working on about 2 hours according to the British Turkey Council website.
