It probably doesn’t actually count as a present but it thrilled me!
went with my friend and her daughters to a fairground yesterday (a mini winter wonderland style thing) and they begged me to go on something with them, I cautiously did, had a blast and went on everything else (for an obscene amount of cash!)
The gift was the fact that I fitted! Up until this year I didn’t fit on them, either bars didn’t close or my weight was too high and I got asked to get off, I’ve done the ride walk of shame so many times over 12y…but I’ve lost 85 kilos over the last few years and although I have more to lose, I’m finally a size that means I can live life and I can’t get my head around how great it feels!
im not sure why I’m starting a thread, I just want to talk about it I think! And I’m spending Christmas with my parents so have so far had 3 weight related comments 🙃
pass the wine…except not because my mother will tell you the calories in that….
