Heart murmur

Hi, I’ve had flutters for the last few months and felt generally unwell. Dizziness, fatigue and iBS symptoms. I’ve been back and forth to docs and A&e and 2 doctors have now heard a murmur and I’ve been referred for an echo and 48 hour holter, this has really scared me. I’ve had about 10 ecgs in the last 3 months all normal and bloods too.(bloods show no damage to my heart) I have had anxiety for 8 years but my meds stopped working in March when I had covid. My anxiety is sky high especially when I get the flutters. I’ve tried cbt, hypnosis and meditation but nothing works and I’m constantly thinking I’m just going to drop dead.

I get palpitations due to low ferritin, peri menopause, and if I’m unwell.
Many kids have murmurs without any problems, and it’s not unusual to be found in adults.

I have flutters or ‘dropped beats’ and I’ve had a couple of ecgs which did not show much. The only thing that has helped me is really cutting back down on caffeine - especially Diet Coke. Hope you feel better soon, just keep pressing your GP for an answer.
