Please help me find this Xmas movie!!

When I was a kid my dgm used to put on an Xmas movie for us. It was:

About a fairy and a little girl
Around late 1980s - 1990s
Was silent, no dialogue
Cartoon

Anyone who can help would make our Xmas!!

I’ve done a quick Google search and one called ‘On Christmas Eve’ seems to fit the bill?

I can't help but was going to start a thread! Mine would have been early 2000s and had a duckling and a sheep and at some point all the sheep started riverdancing!

@movingonup2022 THIS IS IT!!!!! OMG thank you so so so so much, me and my sister are beyond thrilled, we lost our beautiful Nan in 2020 and when we were kids, every Xmas we'd watch this with her. Its been lost for years!
