New years resolution

I need to give up my phone. I waste half my life scrolling through nothing. Im fully addicted to it and need to live a better life.

My job forbids mobiles on the premises. Was worried at first but I love it now

Me too. Ive been so use to listening to audiobooks. Just bought two and im half way through one of them. I just find it hard to pick one
