Can you buy menstrual discs (e.g softdisc or intimina Ziggy cup) or sponges in any actual shops?
Perimenopausal, feel like I might start my period (very random timings over the last year or so, but it will be 4 weeks tomorrow, although before that there'd been a 12 week gap), and want to have sex tonight and tomorrow. Can deal with it being messy, but just remembered there are products designed for this!
