How do I get my money back?

I ordered two Christmas presents online from Calvin Klein on Thursday 8th December. I received an email on Friday 9th December saying my order had been dispatched.

A week later on 15th December the parcel still hadn’t been delivered. According to Parcel Force, it has been in the delivery depot since 14th December. I have tried tweeting PF and all I get told is the same thing. I have tried contacting Calvin Klein by submitting two forms on their website but I don’t think it works and you get no acknowledgment.

They’ve got nearly £100 of my hard earned money and I am worried I’ll never get it back. The only thing I can think of as a last resort is to go into one of their stores in London and explain the situation.

Is there anything else I can do in this situation?

You'll get them eventually - probably too late for Xmas. It's annoying especially that you ordered them well in advance but easiest thing would be to wait until they arrive and then return them.

i don’t think it’s tnr retailers fault there are strikes. You would have known delivery method when ordering.

I think that you just need to wait it out, hopefully they come on time

I had something delivered yesterday that was posted 24th NOVEMBER!
The strikes have caused chaos. Teen is missing half of his Christmas presents but they will get here eventually.

I don’t think the store will do anything, because your item has already been posted so you will get it, they won’t give you a replacement because then you will get two lots and will have only paid for one.

How did you pay? I would do a charge back if possible, chase up with parcel force first.

There have been no strikes with parcelforce. That is just a lazy excuse if they use that. Yes it has made for increased parcel volume for other courier companies but I have had stuff delivered really quickly through dpd, evri and yodel. Keep on at parcelforce, maybe go to the depot.

I could have written this! I ordered from Calvin Klein 1st December and it's been sitting on the Parcelforce UK depot since the 14th! Didn't even know it had to be shipped from abroad - Calvin Klein don't tell you this upon ordering, or that it will be delivered via parcelforce.

I have spoken to parcelforce, they tell me it will be delivered when it can. Calvin Klein tell me to chase Parcelforce. I just keep going round and round in circles.

I was fortunate that I was able to repurchase, albeit a different brand, from John Lewis and received next day. Now I just want my money back from Calvin Klein and a reminder to never purchase from them online again as the customer service is abysmal.
