Christmas gift for builders??

Please help! We have builders in at the moment, they've been here 6 months so far and will be back after Christmas.
Am I expected to give them a Christmas bonus/tip? How much?
I have chocolate and beer for them already.

We are really happy with their work but cash is quite tight.
