Asda not refunded undelivered groceries

Asda missed off an entire crate from my grocery delivery today. Yes, that sucks, three days before Christmas.

they’ve sent me an email stating they’ve made a refund, but it doesn’t include all the items I didn’t receive. That sucks even more.

I’ve looked on their website and can’t find an email address to contact them about it. Can anyone help me with the right email address to get this sorted?

Probably best phoning them tbh

I really don’t want to call. Amongst other things I don’t have time to sit in a telephone queue.

I’ve also been searching for a complaints department email and can’t find that either.

Just log in, click on the order and there will be an option for request refund.
If you have the app its even easier have done it myself when an item is damaged or un useable

Seems you will have to fill in a contact form again asda-stores.custhelp.com/app/ask_asda_store_bought

I think you are going to have to suck up calling them. Did you not realise so much was missing? I have had it a few times with Sainsburys but luckily I've realised something was missing and lo and behold there is a whole crate of mine in the van. I check quite meticulously now.

Thanks JLQ - I’ll try there.

im really upset - one of the items was an expensive bottle of wine but they’d substituted it for another (expensive) one which I handed back to the driver. The order is showing it as being ‘delivered’ even though I handed it back.

thanks also grumpy cow - I saw that but it stated items bought ‘in store’ so wasn’t sure it was correct. I’m also feeling like a very grumpy cow too!

I rang them today as the wrong baby milk they substituted wasn't refunded even though we handed it back to the delivery driver. It was about 30 minutes on the phone overall but it was £17 I wanted back!

They’ve refunded some of it but not all. I know about the wine but I’m going to have to check the whole bloody thing again now. I went through it all with the driver when he was here and he said it would all be refunded. One omnishambles after another.

This is why I was hoping to avoid a phone call - having inconvenienced you once already, they take up even more if your time trying to get them to right their mess. I’m glad you got it sorted.
