I’ve just found this capsule on the floor in my bedroom. It has no identifying marks on it at all. Can anyone help me identify what it is please?

No idea but hopefully someone will know. Who do you live with/share a room with?

Apparently pharma co's are required by law to have an id mark, and you can buy those plain navy capsules easily online, so it suggests something home made or illicit.

Yes all otc and prescription meds have a mark of some sort on them it’s a legal requirement.
