I’ve not written one Christmas card this year…

…and it’s very liberating. I’ll be doing a lot less presents next year too.

Haven't written Christmas cards for years. I'm already in touch with everyone I want to be in touch with and can offer my best wishes through some other medium. Can't see the point of Christmas cards, even before you factor in the expense and environmental impacts.

Ive not written any for years! Pointless, outdated, etc. I see most of these people anyway! If i want to write to someone in Australia, i will email them instead. Any cards i receive are opened, read and put straight in the recycling.

Ditto. I normally do, but I'm so not fussed about Christmas (normally don't enjoy it) and this year just seems to be worse than normal so haven't bothered! Haven't received many either so I think others are feeling the same! Or Royal Mail have got a lot of catching up still to do ...

What I'm loving this year is that my DC suddenly seem to be past the age where they exchange cards with everyone in their class meaning we don't have 60 or so (2 DC in classes of 30) mini Christmas cards, many of which would be glittery and several of which were made of such cheap paper they fell down a gazillion times a day.

Me neither! I didn’t think about it at all, didn’t cross my mind until I received a round robin email from my mother declaring she is not doing cards this year and if we wish to receive a hard copy of the round robin please contact her 😆 I probably should have sent one to the nonagenarians in my life but too late now.
