Help needed from dressmaking types!
I have a fab dress with a belt that goes through very fine 'thread loops' and I stupidly snapped one of the loops the last time I wore it - had no time to fix it before leaving for the party, so I just cut it off.
The belt works well enough just tied, but slips due to the nature of the fabric, so I'd like to have something to anchor it.
Can I fix this myself? Planning to wear it on Christmas Day, so not enough time to take it to a dressmaker.
