Because it’s given me so much inspiration and confidence I’m not alone in my unusual sandwich filling likes 😂

Lunch is a fairly conventional offering of cheese and pickled sandwich, on tiger bread with real butter.

but I’m really here to ask… Christmas sandwich filings…. GO!

Pickled onions*

Chopped shallots, finely chopped cooked sprouts cooked in butter with a dash of cream. Any meat but a good ham works lovely. Needs a thick bread like a focaccia. Rocket and a lick of mustard.
