I'm looking for suggestions or advice please. I am perimenopausal apparently (yay 🙄) and one of the things I have noticed is anxiety. I have never really been anxious about anything but over the past year I’ve started experiencing low level, persistent anxiety, that’s a bit like a hum in my chest, or like I’m plugged into a low voltage socket. It’s crap and I’d really like to manage it better.
Anyway, I’ve heard people mention their use of CBD products. Can anyone who has used these please recommend any particular ones and what dose to start on? There are so many products on the market I’m a bit boggled by it all.
