What on earth are these called? Curtain related?

I picked up a wooden pelmet with attached curtain tracks a while ago on Freecycle. Attached to the pelmet were a number of these small cylinders (see photos). They are made of china or porcelain, cylindrical with one side flat and are hollow through the middle. On one end they are each marked ‘OUT’. They were attached to the pelmet using curved sort of U shaped brackets (bit like pipe brackets). They’re about 25mm/1” diameter and 25mm/1” long.

At first glance I thought they were for running cords through, but that wouldn’t fit with how the curtain tracks were corded. They must have a technical name and it’s really bugging me that I can’t work it out.

Anyone any ideas?

Ceramic cord guide

Edit. That's definitely what they are but they are used for roman blinds not curtains

Thanks so much @BruceAndNosh . I thought someone would know. I’ve found the exact ones via Google now. Perhaps the previous owner replaced blinds with curtains and left them in place.

Anyone who looks at this and is a blind fitter who wants them please send me a PM and they’re yours, including the brackets. I have 6 of them. Would prefer they get reused.
