Time to get the Turkey out.

Just a reminder that if you have a large frozen bird it might be time to get it out to start defrosting. Ours is a 6.5kg frozen one and on looking up it looks like it's 24 hours in the fridge for every 2kg, so about 3 and a half days. We have had a fresh one in recent years, so this was a bit of a shock, we need to get ours in the fridge tonight!

What! We usually have fresh as well, will check weight of mine, assumed 24 hours would do.

There are quicker ways I think, but this is for in the fridge which is safer but takes longer, and a lot of fridge space.
