Return via Evri gone missing

I sent a package back to Look Fantastic. It hasn't moved since 8th December. LF say there's nothing they can do and there's no way to contact Evri. Is there anything I can do?!

I had the same with ASOS and they asked me to contact Evri who of cause you can’t actually speak to, so I went back to Asos who wrote the return off and refunded Me.

Do you have return receipt as proof?

Yes I do. That's helpful, I'll keep trying with LF

You have returned it via the carrier they stipulated. Your job is done! Go back to them and don't let them wriggle.

Make sure you have your payment cancelled, bank chargeback if needs be.
