... which company did you use for shuttle transfer to your hotel, and would you recommend them?

I would get a taxi. There’s so much waiting around a taxi is worth the money in my opinion.

It's for 1 person. I'm being quoted taxi prices of £150+, so about 10x more than a shuttle bus!

Get the shuttle bus if it's just for one person or be prepared to pay a big fare.

Thanks. Did you book with them direct? I can't see how to do that via their website. It looks like they maybe contract their service out to re-sellers rather than dealing with customers directly.

Have you looked at the public bus service?

When we've been to the Canaries (and Balearics) there's been a direct bus from outside the airport to main resort areas. Buses have been air conditioned coaches often with luggage space underneath. And very cheap, often only a couple of Euros.
