Moldex Spark Plugs are the only ones that totally block out noise for me www.amazon.co.uk/Moldex-7800-Spark-Plugs-20-Bagged-Pairs/dp/B004KIRO3Y

I’ve tried foam ones (Boots ones, reusable for 3-5 uses) and wax ones (Quies). These were fine, but I’ve recently invested in some Happy Ears ones (ordered a trial pack, which has all three sizes) and they’re decidedly better. They were around £25 (about a month ago), and according to reviews, I should be able to expect them to last for around a year.

Boots own brand wax ones called Muffles. I've used them for decades... obviously not the same pair.

Wax ones are the only ones that work for me as you can mould them to fit your ear. The others just spring out

PS These are quite large so I just cut them in two before use. The pack also lasts twice as long that way which is good.

These are the best ones for me. I have small ear holes, and these are the only ones I can wear comfortably.

Thanks for the replies ! I think it seems to be a bit of trial and error - I just need to try some I guess as it's not a huge investment- I don't really like in ear headphones so hope I can find some I forget about and can side sleep with .

Google The Snore Store - they do sample bags of lots of different types. I had to get them for my OH as I’m the snorer 🙄

These are brilliant. I have small, awkward ears and the foam ones tend to fall out. The ones in the link block a lot of noise and are shaped to stay in.

I use the ZenPlugs! Natural silicone and re-usable so I don't have to buy new all the time. Fits perfectly and removes the snoring from the man in the house AND they look neat!
I got mine from https://skoogen.no/
