The Range: returning postal deliveries. Wtf?!

Why is it so hard?

Contact customer services ( have to hunt for number and email). But it takes 4 days to reply via email. And you have to send a fucking photo of the item you want to return.

Why? Why can’t l just send it back?!

I had a nightmare trying to return a faulty item back to the Range a couple of years ago. I photo it, arranged for their courier to collect. It was then lost, after many calls, emails over 6 months I eventually got a refund from my bank. Just make sure you get prof of the return. They’re possibly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

Some companies make it really hard to return things. Receipt from the post office which you have to email, photos and paying for returns when you’ve already paid for postage.

I’m taking it back to store. You still have to send in a bloody photo though.
