DS yesterday woke up with a bit of a runny nose. Didn't think much of it thinking it was just a cold, probably likely is.
he's still very snotty today and complaining of a sore throat. Feels warm but temperature (forehead) normal. cheeks a bit red and flushed.

this evening he hasn't got a rash as such but he's got like goose pimple type spots on him that are definitely above the surface but there's no redness or anything. He is very fair skinned if that makes a different. looks like goose pimples but he's had a snuddie on all day and been under a blanket, he's a bit shivery. They feel slightly raised and cover a lot of his body, face looks normal apart from red cheeks.
can scarlet fever present with respiratory like symptoms? He's very bunged up and sneezy.
