Has anyone successfully got through to Evri?

Just spent 18 minutes on the phone saying my tracking number over and over but the bastard thing keeps repeating back entirely different letters and numbers.

I've tried my best robot voice, and a number of regional accents but nothing is working. Had to hang up before I spontaneously combusted.

Has anyone managed to get past this and speak to a human?

I usually do the online help and they ring me back

I've tried that but the only option for someone to get back to me seems to be to report damage to vehicle or house and you can't continue without submitting photos. I'll have a look again in case I'm being dense.

There's been huge delays with the postal strikes as they've taken on the demand.
Some parcels have been found dumped, the ones at the bottom of the pile when the delays started are going out last so further delays for those waiting longest.
I hate Evri now. And with all the problems it's impossible at the minute to get through to anyone so they obviously can't cope with the customers wanting help or info.
They've even turned off the customer services email help!

They have my sons Xmas present but it hasn't gone out for delivery. :(

I have not been able to contact Evri .
They've had my parcel as 'delayed' for over a week now. I emailed where I bought the items from and they offered a refund or to send items again.

I opted for resend items as they are for Christmas but asked if it could be sent by a different courier....I have no idea what is happening now.
