I've just been notified by my energy supplier that both my meters need to be changed, they'll install smart meters. I've heard some horror stories on here about bills leaping through the roof when new meters are installed, so I'm curious to hear from people who've had no issues. To be honest, I was expecting this at some point because I'm an ultra low user & I'm not sure they believe me. In fairness, the meters are 27yrs old from when the house was converted to a house from flats. How did your meter change go?
