For me, lose the baby weight after having my DD at the start of this year!

Get more active

Be more careful with money

Save £500 by the end of the year (trust me, for me that's a big thing)

Start my new job in the best light/ situation possible.

For that:
-get fit/ lose weight (overall 4st needed, but if I can lose 2st by the time I start then that'd be fantastic)
-drop alcohol down to 2 nights a week (Fridays/ Saturdays only)
-keep my insane, but workable sleep cycle of 9pm-3am
-more nuts and seeds to help my skin and hair
-stick to what I've already booked - several courses etc. are coming my way from January

I also want a much tidier and more organised home, so
-keep on schedule with 1 big(ish) DIY or storage project/ month
-more decluttering
-deal with broken items as they come rather than storing them up for big repair day

Also,
-finally get a certain someone to give me that one night out he owes me
-proactively make more friends/ keep in touch with the few people I care about from work when I leave

Eat less junk when bored!

Buy less junk, honestly i eat about 5000+ calories a day! How I don't gain loads i dont know as i dont exercise except running round after kids.
Want to get from a size 14/16 to a 12. Which if i do the above then it should be easy.

Plus the ££ saved. Went to sainsburys for bread, cheese, ham, milk.
£27 later. Cakes, choc, sweets, crisp and dips! Ffs i didnt need any of that

To stop ordering food on Uber eats and cook more. Try new recipes etc 😊

Igglepiggleslittletoe · 19/12/2022 19:51

Stop grocery shopping. I mentioned on another thread I have a serious addiction to grocery spending and there is no more room in this house for more food and we dont eat half of it. It is a disgrace how much I spend. I need a new hobby.
