I bought an item on 10th of November, the Etsy seller took 10 days to despatch saying they'd had covid. I have an Evri tracking code which says they've received the item but it's delayed. I'm now in my 6th week of waiting and the Etsy seller is ignoring my requests that they speak with Evri at their end. I want the item, not a refund as it's a vintage porcelain ornament and I won't find the same again. What would you do in these circumstances?
