Is there anything I can do to get hold of my Evri parcel?

It's been sitting in a depot somewhere for 3 weeks and there's never any update to the tracking. I don't understand it.

There is honestly nothing you can do. Can you get in touch with the seller to re-send?

I've just done that about three separate parcels currently undelivered by Evri. Absolute joke.

I've had 2 Ebay parcels not delivered by RM so I've had to refund. I changed to Evri and have been advised the same thing this morning by a buyer. They were only cheap items so beginning to feel its not worth the bother anymore.

Same here! So frustrating as things I've ordered after have been delivered by evri. Waiting on 2 things from 3 weeks ago. Contacted seller and they won't resend until evri investigates and they are not coming back to me

They are a nightmare! I ordered some books a couple of weeks ago and got the dispatch notice that they were coming via Evri. Had loads of emails from Evri saying delayed, delayed, delayed etc and then one turned up yesterday. I’m was left on my doorstep in the pouring rain and got ruined. So now I’ve got no books (which are presents) and I’m very annoyed!

They are a joke. Seller refused to investigate mine until tracking info remained updated for over a week. Once it got to that point they contacted Evri and I got my parcel 2 days later

So frustrating when you buy something and then find out they use Evri. I avoid where I can

My item is a lovely vintage ornament so it's a one-off and the seller can't send a 2nd one..
