Therr have bern a few threads about covering UK household roofs in solar panels.
I just found this encouraging article today.
I was hoping for the government to subsidy the installation of the panels and pay a monthly fee. But this current hovernment cannot even decide on wind power.
It would feel so much better to be cold, wipe the windows down each day, check your energy balance daily and your bank account every time you are tempted to get a coffee in the local shop if it was to fund a green better future for all of us.
I am here holding on for a political party that takes the initiative to invest in a national company to take over this. And invest in more wind and tidal power, as no all roofs are suitable.
