amazon prime delivery same street, different options

Hi there, this may sound odd, bui live in a new build estate for the last year and we do get prime delivery, its usually 2-3 days from royal mail rather than next day.

now whats interesting is the bottom of the same street and was built 2 years ago, gets next day amazon prime deliveries from amazon couriers, anyone know how i can fix this/escalate.....its beyond the generic customer service team

I appreciate you posted this a couple of weeks ago but did you find out what the issue was?

I pay for Prime and up until this week, usually receive order the following day but it's now at least 3 days. It says my postcode isn't covered??? Well it always has been!

Did you manage to actually speak to a human because I'm banging my head against the wall right now!
