I've had them for years. They don't bleed or itch, they don't cause discomfort. They just look fucking awful; my bumhole is barely visible because I have these "blueberries" round the edge of it. It's so unsightly and really getting me down! I had no idea how bad it looks till I looked in a mirror. I have been applying witch hazel but doesn't seem to be shrinking them. I got some anusol cream too. Everything seems more geared around internal piles or ones that are bleeding / itching etc. And mine aren't.
Will I have to get surgery on them? It would only be cosmetic really. I am not constipated but I was when pregnant, and I had dreadfully long labours with all of my pregnancies. However my youngest is now 3!
