I’m very new to Facebook,
and use my IPHONE 12 to access it via the app
what I want to know is,
is it possible when you have joined say your local area group to
answer back anonymously to another person’s message on the group ??

I know how to anonymously create one myself to put on the group, but like I said can’t answer another person post anonymously

im not a weirdo I assure you, I suffer panic attacks and nobody I know knows I’m on Facebook but they may see my name on someone else’s post

anyone - can this be done ? using iPhone 12 not laptop or computer

No you can't. Posting anonymously is very new. The point of FB is about people. You'd be better changing the name of your profile and removing any identifying information.

A lot of groups allow you to post anonymously, but you can't comment anonymously.
