Can anyone tell me what the etiquette is for buying Christmas gifts for nursery staff please? It's a normal private nursery and our DC is 2. We are in London if it makes any difference.
Do you not bother with this at all, or buy a collective tub of chocolates or go as far as individual gifts. (With the latter, there are a lot of staff! However DD has her two favourites whom she adores...)
Not sure what the best approach is.
