Covid advice and experiences please

I currently have Covid (Have to test due to work)

for those of you whove had Covid how Ill did you feel?

I have the usual heavy cold symptoms and a raging sore throat but….
I have asthma and chest is wheezy at times but inhaler helping.
also coughing up offensive stuff (sorry tmi) and upper back pain.

Is this just par for the course and I need to ride it out?

any tips for feeling better?

Hi I've also tested positive for the 2nd time today last caught a year ago. Your symptoms are sounding exactly like mine and unfortunately this is normal.

Im feeling awful right now . Doesn't help ive got kids to look after a young dog, My monthly to contend with and a partner who is also positive but yet is at work because they say his allowed to but his telling me we shouldn't go anywhere ! Yeah im pretty fed up

my throat is so painful today

Yea they asked him and he said yes his feeling tired but thats all im not very happy with him to be honest
