Lost driving license - can this be fixed?

Well to be more accurate my provisional licence. I passed my test a couple of months ago but waited for a house move to go through so that I could send the provisional licence with the pass certificate at the same time to DVLA to update.

I have the pass certificate and for the life of me cannot find the provisional. I have torn the house about several times.

I don’t have any other form of ID because my passport expired.

What do I do?

Phone them. I’ve never heard of this before as when I passed my driving test he took my provisional and gave me the pass test certificate. I hope your able to find it x

Yea that what normally happens but because I was mid way through a house move he told me I needed to send both off at the same time. Then my dad died and I didn’t get round to it as quickly as I should have and now it’s gone.

I assume you'd report one lost and get a new provisional then send that off to get full.

They may let you by pass a stage but sometimes companies make you do stupid things just because!

First direct -I wanted to use my mobile to access my account, to set it up you needed a physical dongle but mine the battery died, I had to order a new dingle to set up the online (which they were introducing to avoid issuing physical dongles!)

I would phone them. My son recently lost his I was amazed when a new one arrived really quickly. He had taken a photo of the lost licence so he had the number which helped.
