Vinted returns

I bought a jumper off Vinted. The seller told me it was cotton. On arrival it was cotton and polyester. The return said buyer has to pay for postage returns. I don't see how this is fair as it was not my fault. I contacted Vinted and they said the buyer pays for the returns. Is this correct? I'm really annoyed.

Yes it is correct, it's in the terms and conditions.

Its a good lesson to learn to always ask for a photo of the items labels. I learnt it the hard way too when I was sent a size 16 dress instead of a 10.

A good idea, next time I am going to ask for a photo of the label to stop these scammers.
