Looking for advice/answers really..
I currently receive UC which also includes childcare support (85%).. I work aswell but as low income and single parent I qualify for UC.
DC1 turns 3 on March 31st so will be eligible for 30 free hours from April onwards but as the 30 hours dont spread across the whole year, it works out at 22 hours pw meaning I would need to pay additional for the hours he currently attends.
my question is with the extra i will be billed for the additional hours and food, can I still claim UC for that whilst claiming the 30 free hours? I would like to know what would work out better for me if i cant do both..
