Just as the title suggests!

If I enjoyed the Robert Galbraith books and The Thursday Murder Club, what else might I enjoy.

Thank you 🙏

Jackson Brodie series
Rivers of London series (a bit supernatural)

Some of the books written by Matthew Kneale. 'When We Were Romans' was the one I remember, a bit darker than the Thursday Murder Club direction, but clever.

Patricia Wentworth - Miss Silver mysteries
Ann Cleeves - Shetland or Vera
MC Beaton - Agatha Raisin
Maybe Janet Evanovitch, the Stephanie Plum books? Quite trashy American crime but very funny
Louise Penny - the Inspector Gamache novels
Elly Griffiths - Ruth Galloway mysteries

I’m currently part way through The Hojin Murders by Seishi Yokomizo which is a Japanese locked room murder mystery and it’s really enjoyable too.

I can highly recommend Lucy Foley (Hunting Lodge, Paris Apartment, Guest List) for an easy but intriguing ‘whodunnit’ read.

The Satsuma Complex by Bob Mortimer is on my wish list.

@Brogues

DH just got me that, I forgot! Read the first chapter, already funny and wondering what’s about to unfold. 😊
