Not many. Anyone had this before? Do I need to sele medical advice or will she just poop them out?

I'm not a medic but I would get some IRL advice, maybe 111.

Even if people say it's fine, how much of an idiot would you feel having to say to a medical professional "someone on MN said it was fine, so I left it."

As a baby, DD are some of that "floam" modelling stuff that has those small polystyrene balls in it. Looked like some kind of egg infestation in her nappy 😂

I'm pretty sure I've eaten polystyrene when unpacking things and it breaks apart and pings into your face.
