Depends. 9 times out of 10 its gonna be payslips and bank statements. Usually last 3 months.

It'd be easier if you told us what income you want to use ie. Maintenence, salary, dividend, benefits etc.

I'm a broker so can give a little insight :)

For us it was just payslips and bank statements. I did mention child benefit in the application too but didn't have a benefit letter, it shows in the bank statement anyway. If your income is more complex they may need more.
