Recommendations for resort/hotel for 2nd honeymoon

DH and I have decided to take a week just for us, we haven’t done this since we had kids. Our youngest is 16 and will be on a school trip for at least a week in early June. We are on the West Coast of the USA and can travel anywhere, at the same time it’s unlikely we can go away for more than a week so don’t want to spend too much time traveling. First obvious place was Hawaii but we have been to a couple of the islands and would like to try somewhere else.

We went somewhere romantic/sexy, no kids, and a perfect honeymoon destination. Only request is somewhere with beautiful weather and beaches.

I know it's not the beach holiday you want but what about Vegas? There's some beautiful resorts e.g. The Venetian, The Wynn. There's loads of romantic things to do like the Eiffel Tower Restaurant, High Roller etc and so much fun.
