Dental pain- pain killer dosing

Is better to have two ibuprofen and two co-codamol together or alternate every two hours?

Pain is from bone graft on Monday. I'll call dentist later as it's getting worse.

I would alternate. Don’t forget not to exceed the max daily dose of each.
