Can anyone help here please? During a chat with British Gas re having to wait 8 days with no heating or hot water after our 5 week old new boiler broke down, I was advised that I could buy heaters up to cost of £60 and send receipt to BG for re-imbursement. However, the link to this was given in the chat, but for some reason, I did not get a copy of the chat at the end, so don't know any details.
