Movement in stomach not pregnant ( hopefully)

Ok this is been bothering me for a few weeks now but I will list all symptoms and leave it up to the Mumsnet crowd to help me out please! I feel like I'm going crazy with strange movements in my stomach that feel exactly like a baby moving. Not the fluttering from early days but proper big shifts in movement and stabby pain like a sharp kick. But I'm pretty sure I'm not pregnant!

The movement/pain moves around the abdomen from far up right to low down on both sides (but not at the same time) sometimes I get a pain up high coupled with a pressure feeling in my vagina as if a baby was kicking down

I have had 2 incidences of unprotected this year. In May and September, but I was taking the pill and I took the MAP both times to make sure. I have also done many many tests since May and Sep and all negative. Even got one of those digital ones so I didn't misinterpret any test

I don't have any pregnancy symptoms and when I stop the pill for a break I bleed like I should

But this pain and movement is worrying me. If I bend over or sit down which naturally squashed my stomach then it feels solid like something is there that I'm squeezing

I haven't put on any weight and I don't think I look any different. If I was pregnant I'd either be 33 weeks or 15/16 weeks but have tested negative always

I hope someone medical is reading this and can help, I really do feel crazy and very scared. I don't want to be pregnant

This has peaked my interest? Any news? All the time my stomach and bowel move around it's generally a good thing!

babynobbaby · 15/12/2022 20:18

Hello! Yes back from scan and not pregnant which is relief!

It was an internal scan and they checked uterus and ovaries and all looks normal so not sure what all the symptoms are about but it's not pregnancy or ovary issues

Thank you to everyone who asked!

It's very odd because when I lay flat and not moving it goes away all together but as soon as get up and move or walk all the weird pain starts ( pain in lower back too)

@mumzworld

This thread is almost a year old - lots of people don't read any further than the OP, so you would get better advice if you start your own thread.
