What's happened to Vinted?

I have been buying and selling through Vinted for a year or so. I've always had a great experience when buying on there and when selling my own items, but this past month has been awful. I've had multiple sales fall through and I have dealt with very rude and dishonest people. It's such a noticeable change. Am I the only once to have experienced this?

I bought 3 items recently and 2 of them were cancelled because they never posted them. I normally check the sellers before I buy but I forgot and it just seems like people can't be bothered to post stuff maybe. I don't know. It has definitely got worse.
I had an item I bought a month or so ago and the seller cancelled it as she said she lost it, which was quite frustrating but not much you can do

I've had reasonably good experience, up until receiving a filthy jumper instead of football boots via the locker postage. Vinted are 'looking into it' and after 2 weeks have told me that it 'may take sometime'

So my son has no football boots and no money to go but some others.

I think these apps get to a certain size and then fall over, as the 'community' aspect becomes diluted. It's the same for Ebay and ETSY - both were brilliant in the early days but they have lost their way.

I don't have the know-how but a similar sort of app with a max number of selling members could be fantastic
