My cleaner comes every 2 weeks and is £50.
would I be unreasonable to give her the £50 in a card today for the clean that she won’t be doing during her week off during Xmas?
or would I be expected to pay a tip plus her pay during her Christmas holiday?
usually if she doesn’t come I don’t tend to pay her.
