Sorry boring topic…long story short, my smart meter doesn’t automatically send readings, I’m trying to solve this with the E.ON helpline, but in the meantime, can I read it manually to send a reading? Attached a photo of my meter and the only number I could find, is this the right one?
sorry for the silly and boring question but the helpline wasn’t very helpful so far and I just want to send them our up to date reading to have an accurate bill.
